Update June 11 2011 - The 2011 chase trip is over. We were out chasing for just under 3 weeks this year.
Here are the stats:
TOTAL MILES (to & from Poughkeepsie, NY): 7639
GAS COST: approx $1600
CHASE DAYS: 12
TORNADO DAYS: 4
CAP BUST DAYS: 4 (quite high!)
DOWN DAYS: 3
TRAVEL DAYS: 4
STILL PHOTOS: Over 700
